Got on my bike various times today had a nice ride along the beach around to the estuary and back along the road to the golfcourse.
Afternoon saw another ride along the beach looking for someone but I'll let other people report on that (Andy W )
The last ride of the day was to and from the beach from the hostel in Borth for the evening BBQ The ride back being after a few beers and very dark indeed
